How to use
1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush.
2. Tilt the bristles 45° and brush teeth and gums in circles.
3. Brush the inner surfaces as carefully as the outer ones.

5. For the inside of the front teeth, hold the brush vertically and brush in circles.
