How to use
- Squeeze toothpaste about 1/2–1/3 the length of the bristles so it soaks into the bristles.
- Brush right away without wetting so the fluoride is not diluted.
- After acidic food or soda, rinse lightly with water and brush 20–30 minutes later.
- Tilt the bristles 45° to sweep the gums, and brush chewing surfaces side to side.
- After brushing, brush once more with a water-only toothbrush and rinse at least 4 times with clean water.
- Sanitizing: dry in sunlight for 30 minutes–1 hour after daily use, and soak in warm baking-soda water once a week.
