How to use
Residual-chlorine-blocking filter: place the new filter in the head, then reattach the handle. When replacing the shower head or hose, keep the G1/2 part at the bottom of the shower head; without it the hose cannot be connected. If hot water stops coming out: the secondary filter is an ACF filter (as used in water purifiers) that regulates water speed for precise purification, which can prevent hot water from flowing in some homes due to pressure differences. Remove the secondary (chlorine) filter and try again; if that solves it, contact customer service to exchange it for a ball-type filter or get a refund.
